Lars Pellmark

Lars Pellmark has extensive experience in the real estate and energy sectors, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Development, Energy and Technology Coordination, and the Head of Technical Support in Property Development at Skandia Fastigheter since November 2015. Prior to this role, Lars worked at Diligentia AB from March 2008 to November 2015 as a Specialist in Energy and Installations, and at Statens fastighetsverk for over two decades in various positions including Energy Specialist, Deputy Manager, Group Leader, Operations Manager, Facilities Engineer, and Operations Technician. Lars earned educational qualifications from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Åsö Gymnasium.
