Joanne Steer is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. Since March 2007, Joanne has served as the Associate Director of the Emotional Health Service at Achieving for Children, providing essential support to children, young people, and families. As an author, Joanne co-created "Helping Kids and Teens with ADHD in School," a workbook aimed at assisting educators and support staff in addressing ADHD challenges. Additional roles include serving as a committee member and treasurer for the Faculty for Children, Young People & Their Families, consulting for Ricochet Television Production on "Mr Drew's School for Boys," and contributing to the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence as a specialist member on the Quality Standard Advisory Committee for ADHD. Educational qualifications include a PsychD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Surrey and a BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of Kent.
