Sabine Akkari

Sabine Akkari is an accomplished educator with significant experience in teaching English as a second language and effective lesson planning. Currently serving as a Homeroom Teacher at Jesuit Refugee Service since October 2017, Sabine has previously worked as an English Teacher at ALLC International House Beirut and MARCH Lebanon, focusing on engaging students through ESL teaching methodologies. Early career experience includes a role as Junior Editor/Writer at ArabAd Magazine, where Sabine was responsible for editing articles and managing content quality. Sabine holds a Cambridge English Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Lebanese University.
