Chiara D. is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in operations and quality management within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Director of Aftermarket Services, AOG & P145 Shops and Director of Operations at Jet Aviation since April 2021, Chiara leads over 150 personnel to achieve safety, quality, and profitability targets while enhancing team motivation and engagement. Prior experience at Airbus included key roles such as Customer Services Quality Manager and Quality Operations Manager for A320 and A380 wings, where Chiara developed quality strategies, managed compliance with regulatory standards, and led diverse teams. Chiara's educational background comprises a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and studies at the University of Kansas and Sapienza Università di Roma. Additional experience includes risk management consultancy at Versatec and engineering with the TU Delft Formula Student Racing Team.
