Anastasia Kaptsova

Anastasia Kaptsova is an experienced event specialist currently working at JetBrains since January 2023. Prior to this, Anastasia held various significant roles at ITMO University, including Head of Events and Internal Communications, where notable achievements included organizing a corporate summer festival with a 9.5 satisfaction score and successfully transitioning an offline conference to an online format during uncertain times. Anastasia also organized scientific events, enhancing participant numbers significantly over the years. Previous experience includes leading the Academic Mobility Department at Russian State Hydrometeorological University, where Anastasia increased outgoing mobility fivefold, as well as positions in customer service and HR.
