Gary Jay Kushner

Gary Kushner is a passionate Zionist who serves as President of Jewish National Fund’s Washington D.C. Board, Chair of the Aleh Negev Board of Governors, and Chair of JNF’s Task Force on Disabilities. He is a former Makor member. As president of the Washington, D.C., Board, he hosted a water summit where more than 200 people learned about how Israel is creating technology that can mitigate the coming global water crisis.

Mr. Kushner is also a widely respected lawyer with more than 40 years of experience representing the food industry, where he analyzes federal regulations and evaluates their impact on food manufacturing and distribution from farm to table. He has contributed to numerous trade publications and authored or co-authored several books on food safety and labeling regulation.
