Scott Walters

Scott has over 23 years of electrical construction experience with Industrial and Commercial projects. He is an active member in design-build and preconstruction efforts, providing conceptual estimating on large capital projects while also leading a team on project managers and estimators on design-bid-build work. Scott has held progressive roles at JH Kelly and brings a high level of detail to his projects.
