Astha Shiv is an accomplished professional with a robust background in transactions management and business development within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Director of Transactions Management at JLL since September 2023, Astha previously held key positions at IndiQube from March 2018 to September 2023, including Senior Manager of Business Development and Manager of Client Relations. Prior experience includes a tenure at Prestige Group in Bangalore, where responsibilities encompassed commercial leasing, tenant and channel partner management, and the implementation of SAP systems. Astha's diverse expertise is further supported by an MBA in International Business from Symbiosis Institute and a Bachelor's degree in e-Banking and Finance from Manipal Academy.
