Justin Hourihan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and staffing across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at JLL since June 2021, Justin oversees talent acquisition for a Fortune 500 firm specializing in real estate services. Previously, from October 2019 to June 2021, Justin worked as a Recruiter at Currie & Brown, focusing on the construction industry and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Prior roles at Aerotek included Account Manager and Recruiter in Energy Services, with expertise in technical staffing across multiple sectors such as oil & gas, power generation, and renewable energy. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
