Megan Davis

Megan Davis is a Senior Market Analyst at JLL, having joined the company in October 2024 following the acquisition of Raise Commercial Real Estate, where Megan served as a Market Analyst from December 2022 to October 2024. Prior to Raise, Megan held various roles at Newmark from July 2017 to December 2022, including Associate, Tenant Services Specialist, and Transaction Services Coordinator. Megan began the professional career at CBRE as a Financial Analyst from June 2015 to June 2017, executing financial analyses for clients. Earlier experience includes roles as an Account Coordinator at Blue Practice and a PR Assistant at C. Milan Communications. Megan started in the workforce as a Plaza Server at Squaw Valley Ski Holdings. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Ohio State University, earned in 2013.
