Sam Chan

Sam Chan is an accomplished professional in the field of facilities and property management, currently serving as a Senior Director at JLL since June 2011. With a progressive career trajectory at JLL, Sam has held several key positions, including Director, Associate Director, Chief Facilities Manager, Senior Facilities Manager, and Facilities Manager. Prior to joining JLL, Sam worked as a Senior Property Manager at Hang Yick Properties Management Limited and served as a Facilities Manager at ISS EastPoint. Educationally, Sam holds multiple advanced degrees from recognized institutions, including a Master's degree in Facilities Management and a Master's degree in Building Services Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Master of Housing Management from The University of Hong Kong, and a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
