Jose Zabala

Jose Zabala is a seasoned technology professional with over 23 years of experience, currently serving as a Technology Architect at JM Family Enterprises since October 2005. In this role, Jose drives technology strategy and oversees projects related to infrastructure design, product selection, and technical architecture, focusing on aligning technology solutions with business needs while promoting innovation and reducing total cost of ownership. Previously, as an Information Technology Lead, Jose managed day-to-day technology operations, and as a Storage Architect and Administrator, Jose was responsible for the design and management of data storage solutions. Before joining JM Family Enterprises, Jose worked as a System Support Engineer at Sun Microsystems. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida State University, obtained in 2000.
