Richard Cowen

Richard Cowen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Group CFO at JMAN Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Richard Cowen worked as an Independent Consultant advising on the Baird Capital investment into JMAN and guiding its Private Equity Journey. Cowen has also held the position of CFO for Cow Corner Investing's accountancy investments from June 2023 to July 2024 and served as the Global CFO at Sionic from November 2016 to July 2022. Notably, Richard Cowen founded CWC Resources and acted as its CEO from March 2010 to March 2015, and was the Finance Director at EdComs Limited between January 2001 and February 2007. Early in the career, Richard Cowen worked as a Manager at Kingston Smith Chartered Accountants from September 1996 to December 2001. Richard Cowen holds a 2:1 Honours degree in Political Science from the University of Leeds and completed education at Manchester Grammar School.
