Tarsame Sian

Tarsame Sian is a seasoned professional in the field of materials science and metallurgy, currently serving as the Senior Consultant and CEO at Rudra Group since September 2022, where the focus is on mining, processing of non-ferrous minerals, and the development of innovative zero-waste solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Chief Technology Officer at JMV LPS Limited, specializing in new product development and materials engineering, and extensive tenure at Shriram Institute For Industrial Research as Assistant Director & Chief of Metallurgy. Additional positions held include Deputy General Manager at Arraycom India Ltd., R&D Manager at Bekaert Industries Pvt.
