Nicholas Young

Nicholas Young is a senior associate in JMW’s clinical negligence team. Nicholas joined the department in 2010 as a paralegal and was selected to join the solicitor team in 2013. Due to his proven skills and experience, he was promoted to the position of associate in 2018, and again to senior associate in 2021.

Nicholas is responsible for running a busy and varied caseload and is currently helping numerous people living with spinal injury cauda equina syndrome (CES) to claim compensation following negligent treatment. He is also representing several children who have cerebral palsy due to maternity failures and is helping them to secure compensation to cover their lifelong care needs.
