Michael Eigster possesses extensive experience in agile management and project leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Agile Strategy & Process Manager, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master at Jochen Schweizer mydays Group since March 2020, Michael has previously held roles including Scrum Master at alfatraining Bildungszentrum GmbH and Project Manager at Mammutmarsch UG, where oversight of a large-scale extreme hiking event was provided. Additional project management expertise was gained through positions at Alpha Star Management GmbH, where agile transformation initiatives were led, and Philip Kurzenberger e.K., focusing on B2B customer acquisition.
