Hailey McDonnell

Hailey McDonnell is an experienced professional in account management and community outreach, currently serving as an Account Executive at Joele Frank since September 2021. Prior to this role, Hailey contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives as a committee member at Alpha Phi Omega Mu Alpha and supported conservation efforts as a Project Assistant for Schiff Natural Lands Trust, Inc. Hailey has a diverse background that includes leadership as a Shift Supervisor at Mendham Creamery, literacy tutoring with DC Reads, and childcare assistance at the Laurel Learning Center. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on Culture and Politics and a minor in Spanish from Georgetown University, along with a high school diploma from Flint Hill School.
