Una Deretic

Una Deretic is an experienced lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions, strategic business transactions, financing, and restructuring. Currently a Partner at Joelson | B Corp since September 2024, Una previously held the role of Partner at Armstrong Teasdale from February 2021 to September 2024, where considerable international experience was gained through advising on cross-border deals. Una's earlier career includes various positions at Kerman & Co from November 2007 to February 2021, as well as experience as a Solicitor at Kimbells LLP and as a Trainee Solicitor at Courts & Co. Solicitors. Una holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Queen Mary University of London and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
