Jean-Yves Halkein

Jean-Yves Halkein is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Proposals at John Cockerill since January 2016. With a strong background in strategic procurement management and project management, Jean-Yves has held various leadership roles, including Strategic Procurement Manager and Sourcing, Costing & Estimating Manager at John Cockerill Industry & Environment. Jean-Yves also founded and serves as the Managing Director of sprl Jean-Yves Halkein, focusing on project and business management since 2010.
