Joanne Wang

Joanne Wang is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Associate Chief Counsel and General Counsel for China at John Deere Financial since November 2007, Joanne has previously held significant positions including Director of the Legal Department at Schneider Electric and General Counsel for East Asia at Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd. Additionally, Joanne began their legal career as a Legal Counsel at the Asian Strategic Investments Co. Beijing Representative Office. Academically, Joanne holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Law from Peking University.
