Rebecca Detro

Rebecca (Becky) Detro currently serves as the Global People Experience/UX Onboarding Lead at John Deere, where responsibility includes creating strategic direction for the onboarding of new hires and leading a global team to enhance onboarding experiences. Prior to John Deere, Rebecca contributed significantly to Walmart in various roles, including Senior Manager II in Talent Management and overseeing talent programs within Store Operations. Throughout their career at Walmart, Rebecca also managed performance management initiatives, led project management efforts, and collaborated on leadership development programs. Rebecca holds a degree from West Virginia State University.
