John Good

John is the 5th generation custodian of the Good family business. He joined the company in 1957, and the board in 1969. His ability to maintain the family values while also adapting for the future made sure our group of companies have flourished during a time of significant change. John has also served as president of the Chartered Institute of Shipbrokers and is Honorary Finnish Consul for the UK. John retired as a director in 2008 but remains a non-exectutive director and is closely connected to the company and the industries in which we operate.
