Sashi Ratnayake

Sashi Ratnayake is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for the Retail Sector at John Keells Holdings PLC. Prior roles include Head of Learning and Development at Keells and multiple positions at John Keells Holdings PLC, progressing from Assistant Manager to Manager in Learning and Development. Additionally, Sashi has held leadership roles at 3W Consulting, including Head of Consulting and Team Leader Cum Consultant, as well as working as a Business Journalist for Daily Mirror. Sashi Ratnayake is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Colombo and completed the McKinsey Management Program focused on Team Management and Problem Solving at McKinsey Academy.
