Rob Hornby

Rob Hornby is an experienced professional with a robust background in product management, engineering, and quality assurance, primarily within the retail and online sectors. Since May 2010, Rob has served as Platform Product Manager and Engineering Lead at John Lewis & Partners, driving the success of the multi-award winning Digital Platform, achieving over 10,000 annual releases. Previous roles at John Lewis include Release & Delivery Lead, Transformation Lead, and Test Delivery Lead/Manager, where Rob implemented Agile principles and established a Test Community of Practice. Prior to this, Rob held leadership positions at Sainsbury's, easyJet, Tesco, and Liverpool Victoria, gaining expertise in online implementations, quality management, and technical team leadership. Rob holds an MSc in Environmental Policy & Regulation in Europe and a BSc in Geography from Lancaster University.
