Henrietta Sorel-Cameron

Henrietta Sorel-Cameron has extensive experience in data products and project management, currently serving as Head of Data Products and Platforms at John Lewis Partnership since February 2019. Prior to this role, Henrietta held various positions at KCA Deutag Drilling Ltd from July 2014 to February 2019, including Head of HR Systems & Change and Rig Manager, overseeing HR and Payroll systems for a workforce exceeding 10,000 and managing daily operations across multiple North Sea assets. Henrietta's career at KCA Deutag began in September 2009, where multiple roles such as Project Manager, Night Toolpusher, and Toolpusher were undertaken, showcasing a thorough background in drilling and operational management. Academically, Henrietta holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Drilling and Well Engineering from Robert Gordon University and a M.A. Joint Hons in Arabic and Spanish from the University of St Andrews.
