The Operations Team at John Mini Distinctive Landscapes oversees the execution of design, construction, and maintenance projects for our diverse portfolio of indoor, outdoor, and holiday landscapes. Led by the Director of Operations, the team ensures smooth workflow, manages project timelines, coordinates specialized roles like the Senior Horticulturist and Holiday Operations Manager, ensures safety and efficiency via the Fleet + Safety Manager, and optimizes holiday inventory through the Holiday Warehouse Manager. Their collaborative efforts guarantee the delivery of high-quality, award-winning landscape designs.
