Teresa Morgan

Teresa Morgan is an experienced executive leader in Human Resources, currently serving as Executive Director of Employee Experience at JPS Health Network since February 2018, after previously holding the role of Director of Employee Experience. In this position, Teresa is responsible for regulatory oversight, including compliance with The Joint Commission and Texas Department of Health and Human Services standards, as well as the interpretation and implementation of HR policies. Prior to JPS Health Network, Teresa held the position of Director of HR at Texas Packing Company and served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Shannon Health System for 18 years, where responsibilities included developing HR processes for a workforce of over 3,000 associates, overseeing retention and engagement programs, recruitment, and health and safety initiatives. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix.
