Doug Decaster

Doug DeCaster has extensive experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the Naples market. Currently a Realtor at John R. Wood Properties since April 2009, Doug has also served as a Principal at DeCaster Capriole Joint Venture since January 2000, focusing on real estate investment and management. Previous roles include REALTOR at RE/MAX Results Realty and Naples Specialist at Euro-American Real Estate, with a strong emphasis on luxury market sales. Doug's earlier career involved a 20-year tenure at Henkel KGaA in various international business roles. Doug holds a BS and MBA in Chemical Engineering and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has furthered education at INSEAD.
