Frank Ward

Frank Ward, GRI, RSPS, has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Real Estate Consultant at John R. Wood Properties since January 2013. Concurrently, Frank Ward has been a Realtor and GRI with the Realtor® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach since the same year, and previously chaired the Communications Committee for the association in 2016. Between September 1990 and January 2022, Frank Ward operated as a Real Estate Investor, focusing on the purchase, renovation, rental, and sale of residential properties, including managing a subdivision project in collaboration with local governance and contractors. Prior experience includes roles as an Underwriter, Fraud Prevention Analyst, and Quality Assurance Analyst at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from January 2009 to September 2012. Frank Ward holds a BA in Psychology from Metro State University and has studied at the University of Minnesota.
