Peter Bibawy MD serves as the Medical Advisor to the Chief of Staff for Training and Development at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare since September 2021, alongside a role as a Family Practice Consultant for Saudi Aramco Executives. Prior to this, Peter held significant leadership positions at Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System, where responsibilities included Executive Lead and Chair of Frimley Academy, focusing on healthcare leadership development for a population of 850,000. Experience also includes various clinical roles at NHS North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group, including Clinical Chief for Inequalities and Clinical Chair during a critical phase of the pandemic. Educational qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, an MRCGP from the Royal College of General Practice, and an MBBch from Cairo University.
