Jochen Mueller is a Co-Founder of Mooji Meats, established in 2021, focusing on alternative meats and participating in the Y Combinator W22 batch. Since July 2021, Jochen has also served as an Assistant Professor at The Johns Hopkins University, specializing in research and teaching at the intersection of 3D Printing, Soft Matter, and Computational Design. Prior experience includes roles at Harvard University as a Research Associate, Postdoctoral Researcher, and Visiting Fellow, with contributions to projects led by notable professors, as well as a significant tenure as a Research Fellow at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering.
