Noah Cowan

Noah Cowan has extensive academic experience at The Johns Hopkins University, serving since July 2003 in various capacities including Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and currently as a Professor. Noah Cowan completed a PhD and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Michigan from 1995 to 2001 and from 1995 to 1998, respectively. Prior educational experience includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University between 1990 and 1995, and earlier attendance at Hayes High School from 1986 to 1990.
