Febbyka Rachmanda is an experienced professional in operations and process excellence, currently serving as the Project Delivery & Operation Excellence Leader at Johnson Controls in Indonesia. Previously, Febbyka held several significant positions at GE Vernova as the Asia Process Excellence Leader - Services and at GE Power, where roles included Service Operations Manager for Indonesia & Philippines, Production Quality Manager, and Quality Operations Engineer within the Repair Value Stream. Febbyka's early experience includes an internship at Medco E&P Indonesia. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
