Gina Haze

Gina Haze is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in fundraising, donor relations, and project management. Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at Johnson, Grossnickle and Associates since May 2020, Gina previously held the position of Assistant Director for Athletic Development at the University of Indianapolis from July 2016 to April 2020. During this tenure, Gina significantly increased annual fund revenue by over 20%, raised more than $1 million in annual revenue, and cultivated relationships with over 75 donors. Gina has also developed new donor engagement events and coordinated communications for the Greyhound Club Board of Directors. Additional experience includes roles as Donor Relations Coordinator at The Oaks Academy, Sponsorship and Fundraising Intern at World Sport Chicago, and Research and Content Development at Mayo Clinic. Gina holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and Design from the University of Indianapolis, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Spanish, and International Studies from Loras College, and a Spanish certificate from Universitas Castellae.
