Jen Hanson

Jen Hanson, MBA, serves as the Global Functional Head for Web/App Development at Johnson Health Tech. Co., Ltd., overseeing alignment across systems, people, processes, and tools for product teams in multiple countries. Previously held roles include Senior Web R&D Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading global SaaS technology delivery teams and managing business product roadmapping. Prior experience also includes significant positions at National Guardian Life Insurance Company, where Jen directed business transformation during an M&A, and Fiserv, managing product releases and community bank projects. Jen began a career in IT at First Bank Financial Centre and Strattec Security Corporation, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management and technology implementation. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
