Faniswa Mkosana

Faniswa Mkosana is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Director for Johnson Matthey since July 2021, Faniswa has previously held senior HR positions at Massmart, Sun International, Parmalat South Africa, Ackermans, FNB South Africa, the Parliament of RSA, and the City of Cape Town. Key accomplishments include the development and implementation of HR strategies, establishing high-performance cultures, talent management, and stakeholder relationship management.
