Margaret Ruiseal

Margaret Ruiseal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR transformation and change management. Currently serving as the Global HR Transformation Director at Johnson Matthey since April 2019, Margaret previously held the position of Partner and Head of HR Transformation Practice for Europe at Mercer from June 2017 to April 2019. Prior roles include Director at Brook Consultancy, Change and Communications Director for HR Operations at Barclays, and Business Change Director for Barclays Wealth. Margaret's career began at Towers Watson as a Principal, specializing in change programs, and earlier in customer services at Bupa.
