Tobi is a Registered Landscape Architect, Certified Planner, Certified Arborist, and LEED Accredited Professional, focusing on tree planting contracts and vegetative establishment in stormwater management facilities. As the Owner of Soulspeak Inspirations, LLC, Tobi designs and sells handcrafted greeting cards and offers technical editing services and landscape design for residential clients in the Baltimore area. Prior roles include Landscape Architect/Planner at NMP Engineering Consultants, Project Leader at Chesapeake Environmental Management, and Senior Landscape Architect at Dewberry, showcasing a broad expertise in landscape architecture and planning for transportation and stormwater management projects.
