Charles Leduc

Charles Leduc has extensive experience in operations and transport management across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Director for Johnston Equipment since January 2022, Charles is responsible for market penetration strategies, budget management, and ensuring optimal regional results aligned with established KPIs. Prior to this, Charles held multiple roles at Cardinal Health Canada, including National Transport Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on transport efficiency, project management for continuous improvement, and overseeing distribution centers. Additional experience includes positions at IKEA Group and SAQ, further enhancing skills in logistics and team management. Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from HEC Montréal.
