Patrick Souris

Patrick Souris, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at Forma since July 2023. Previously, Patrick held the position of Controller at Demostack from May 2022 to July 2023 and at Fast from June 2021 to May 2022, during which Fast was acquired by Affirm in April 2022 and subsequently shut down. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Corporate Accounting at Gusto from February 2019 to July 2021, Accounting Manager at Early Warning® from August 2017 to February 2019, and Senior Audit Associate at CliftonLarsonAllen from May 2014 to August 2017. Earlier in Patrick's career, roles included Financial Analyst Intern at Deckers Outdoor Corporation and Financial Auditor-Intern at Brown & Brown. Patrick earned both a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor's in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University.
