Diane Drago-Cole

Diane Drago-Cole is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Director of Transformation and Senior Director of Finance at Mosaic since January 2021. In this role, Diane has developed cross-functional processes to align business initiatives with finance, crafted business cases for new products, and analyzed pricing and margin implications. Previously, Diane held several leadership positions at Mastercard from February 2003 to March 2020, including Vice President roles focused on finance business partnering, special projects for North America finance, and the financial planning and analysis head. Responsibilities included leading budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning processes, and managing US Markets P&L with a focus on financial analysis. Diane holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University.
