Justin Pemberton

Justin Pemberton is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a member at Pavilion since June 2022. Previously, Justin held the role of Senior Director of Sales at IRONSCALES from November 2018 to October 2024, where responsibilities included transforming email security and human risk management strategies across the UK, Europe, and Africa. Prior to this, Justin served as Regional Sales Director for the UK, DACH, and South Africa at IRONSCALES, contributing to the development of a Self-Learning Email Security platform. Experience also includes positions at RepKnight as an Enterprise Sales Executive, Varonis as a Territory Development Representative focusing on top FTSE 250 accounts, and h2 Recruit Ltd as a Consultant. Justin's earlier career included roles as a Golf Academy Manager at Varsity College and Project Manager at Provantage Media. Education was obtained at the University of Johannesburg, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Development and Management.
