Lewis Carney

Lewis Carney is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, client services, and technology consulting. Currently an Executive Member at Pavilion since 2021, Carney previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Carabiner Group, driving growth in a RevOps firm and optimizing service offerings for the SMB market. Experience also includes leadership roles at Incapsulate, where oversight of product and services enhanced state and local government solutions, and as Director of Client Services at Community Brands, managing diverse teams for system-related projects. Carney's earlier experience includes significant contributions at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, and as Managing Director of Keel Consulting, a boutique consultancy that was successfully sold. Carney also held roles at SAIC, the Office of Catholic Schools, and Higgins Petroleum Inc, highlighting a well-rounded background in project management and marketing.
