Kate Gressman (she/her)

Kate Gressman is a Director at Propel. Kate has over 18 years of experience in team management and coaching. Prior to Propel, they were a Team Leader at Discover Financial Services where they were responsible for the development of Account Managers through coaching, providing feedback, and conducting team meetings. Kate has also held a role as Director at Visa, where they led the Debit Processing organization and built strong people leaders. In their current role, Kate is responsible for Unknown role at Propel.

Kate Gressman received their education from Salt Lake Community College in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. Kate later attended University of Phoenix to earn their certification from the National Association of Social Workers, Utah Chapter in Human Relations.
