Joanne Fanning

Joanne Fanning is an accomplished Chief Information Officer with extensive experience in information technology leadership across the healthcare and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Jones Engineering since September 2023, Joanne previously held the position of Chief Information Officer for UPMC International, overseeing operations in Ireland and the Global Technology Operations Center until November 2023. Joanne led significant innovations at Centric Health as the Group Head of Information Technology, contributing to the organization’s expansion from six to fifty-three GP practices and implementing vital services like Ireland's first Diabetic Retinal Screening Service. Prior roles include Head of IT at Rotunda Hospital, where an effective Quality Management System was established, and leadership positions at Laing O'Rourke, focusing on major projects such as the Al Raha Beach development. Joanne’s academic background includes a Postgraduate Diploma from Trinity College Dublin and degrees from Dublin City University and Technological University Dublin.
