Alex Horvitz

Alex Horvitz is an accomplished business leader currently serving as CEO of HCS Capital Partners LLC, an investment and operating firm based in Miami, FL, specializing in InsurTech, FinTech, and Cyber risk management. With extensive experience on various boards, including Jooycar and RedCapital, Alex actively supports international expansion and SME lending initiatives in Latin America. As Managing Partner at Azur Consulting LLC and a co-founder of InsurteChile, Alex has made significant contributions to the Insurtech landscape.
