Joshua Kowan

Joshua Kowan serves as the President of Joshua Tree, Inc. since September 2000, specializing in delineating wetlands and preparing various forest management plans across several New York counties. Concurrently, Kowan has been the General Manager of Mid Hudson Forest Products, Inc. since June 2000, where responsibilities include managing forest and site work projects as well as real estate transactions. Kowan has also been active as a Realtor with Houlihan Lawrence since January 2000 and previously held the position of Procurement Manager at Norbord from January 1998 to December 1999, successfully managing raw material procurement and green certification. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales Representative at Pomeroy Lumber, Inc. from January 1995 to December 1998, where Kowan significantly exceeded sales targets. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Colorado State University.
