Sylwester Godlewski

Sylwester Godlewski is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in the financial sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Jovia Financial Credit Union since January 2011, Sylwester has held various HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager, AVP - Human Resources, and Human Resources Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Sylwester worked at NEFCU as a Human Resources Generalist from November 2005 to January 2011 and began the HR career as a Human Resources Assistant at Polish & Slavic FCU from 2003 to 2005. Sylwester holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology, earned between 2007 and 2009.
