Adrian Terry currently serves as Vice President of Product & Agile Transformation at JPMorganChase and as a Course Facilitator for eCornell. Previously, Adrian held multiple leadership roles at GM Financial, including Vice President of IT Product & Portfolio Management, where the launch of Lean Portfolio Management and Transformation Management Office initiatives were significant achievements. Additionally, Adrian served as Vice President of Process Excellence, leading a 25-member team focused on Operational Excellence. Experience as PMP Exam Prep Instructor at Crosswind Project Management and Executive IT Consultant & Engagement Leader at Genesis10 further complements a solid background in strategic planning and project management, including a role at Southwest Airlines as Internal Business Consultant. Adrian holds a PhD in Business Leadership from Dallas Baptist University, an Executive MBA in Strategy from Quantic School of Business and Technology, an MS in Agile Project Management from Amberton University, and a BAAS in Industrial Technology from the University of North Texas.
