Durai Arasan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital architecture and platform development within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director & Head of Digital Channels Architecture at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since March 2015, Durai has held multiple leadership positions including Executive Director roles focused on digital platforms and identity access management. Prior to JPMorgan, Durai spent over 16 years at E*TRADE Financial as Chief Architect and Director of Platform Architecture, where responsibilities included leading teams to innovate online platforms and enhance Web 2.0 strategies. Earlier career experience encompasses significant roles at companies such as TekEdge, Novell, and PLC Consulting, contributing to pioneering software developments in customer interaction, network management, and graphical design for the weaving industry. Durai holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, a Certificate of Business Excellence from the University of California, Berkeley, and is pursuing studies in Economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
